Viellae is an independent Shopify-operated online women’s fashion retailer registered and operating in Australia. Registered Address: 6 Ascot Street South, Ballarat VIC 3350, Australia.

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older (the legal age of majority in Australia), or you are accessing and placing orders with the full permission and supervision of a legal guardian. You agree not to utilise our platform for illegal, fraudulent, malicious, hacking or disruptive conduct that harms website functionality or violates Australian federal and state legislation, including privacy and consumer laws.

We take reasonable measures to ensure product photographs, size charts, colour depictions, pricing and stock levels are accurate. However, minor colour differences caused by device screen calibration are not considered faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product availability and listed prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct obvious technical pricing errors and cancel incorrectly priced orders before dispatch, with a full refund issued to the customer in such cases.

We retain the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including failed payment authorisation, invalid delivery address, suspected fraudulent activity, out-of-stock inventory or policy violations, with full refunds processed accordingly.
